Joe noticed a shift in the number of excluded URLs in terms of the google crawl report. looks like a big uptick around 2/4 or 2/5.
Bryan noted: The dictionary sitemap.xml (https://www.cancer.gov/sitemaps/dictionaries.xml) did not get updated to use the new base for the Spanish DoCT when the dictionary moved to its new location. This is a CDR change to update the base.
Looks like this might be a duplicate of OCECDR-4964. Bryan asked me to prepare for this change but to sit tight on it until I was given the green light.
