We would like to add a new element to the Board member information document schema for the Initial Start Date. This date will reflect the date the Board member first joined the Board. (The Term Start Date __ is sometimes used for this purpose and sometimes used to reflect the start of a recurring, two-year term. Having two separate elements for these different purposes will help make our data more consistent.)
Taking a closer look at the schema, this is very similar to the purpose of the Response Date element. I don't think we need both. Closing this as won't fix.
