We would like to add the Response Date element to the list of available elements to be displayed on the Board Roster Summary Sheet report.

Just a minor edit, but I think this should say "Response Date" (not plural) in the list of options and in the column heading for the report. I believe there should only be one response date for each Board block.
So what happens if there's more than one element for the membership (for example, here)?
Interesting. I think that's an anomaly; the data probably should have been entered in the same Board membership details block. In any case, I still think we can leave Response Date singular in the column heading since that will almost always be true (and none of the other items are plural on the summary sheet version of this report) and add a semicolon between the dates or put them on separate lines if more than one date is available for the selected Board.
