The scheduled jobs for the summary, media, and glossary translations should be added to the job RemoveProdGroups.py assuming that the CIAT users aren't interested in receiving nightly/weekly messages from the lower tier servers.
~oseipokuw, please let us know if there is anybody who still would want to receive the email notifications from the lower tiers.
The following groups would need to be adjusted:
Spanish Glossary Translators
Spanish Media Translators
Spanish Translation Leads
Test Translation Queue Recips

What we've done in the past was to leave the queues empty so no emails are generated. We prefer this approach rather than making changes to the groups.
I see, in that case how do we clear out the queue on QA?
We have to mark all of them as complete and use the Purge button to delete them from the queue. I will go ahead and do that right now.
As indicated by William there is no need to adjust the recipients of the translation groups.
