The notification groups for the GovDelivery reports need to be added to the program RemoveProdGroups.py which is run after the database on the lower tiers have been updated to prevent users from getting "publishing job notifications" after a database refresh from PROD.
I adjusted the groups in the program RemoveProdGroups.py.
This is an internal script and is run from the developers workstation. It is the same file used for DEV, QA, or STAGE.
This task has been completed.
