Several of us are not able to log into PROD. I have attached the error message. I am able to log into DEV without any problem. T
This is happening while on the CISCO AnyConnect VPN client so I do not think it is related to the site-to-site VPN. The problem started happening only this morning. Others have been able to log in without any problems.
I just logged into PROD from home (using Cisco VPN), so maybe it's sporadic? Are you still having issues?
Can you tell me what values are in the Advanced dialog window (for server settings) on the machines of the users who are unable to log in?
Can you tell me where I can find this on windows 7 machines?
The problem is a little strange. It appears to be happening only on non-GFEs. Also, on the non-GFEs, logging in from the browser works. It is still strange that some people can log into the CDR on non-GFEs and others cannot.
I am able to log in now. I will provide more details shortly.
Thanks! I didn't realize you were referring to the login window for the CDR.
It looks like ICF rolled out another batch of Windows update that messed up some of the settings. Several months ago, we ran into a similar problem and I had to reset my IE before being able to log in. I did the same thing after realizing that the problem was happening on only the ICF laptops and I am able to log in. Thanks for your help !!
