We are not able to log into the CDR this morning. The error message appears to indicate wrong passwords but the passwords are correct.

Just to clarify that this is on PROD and QA. Also, users who got in earlier this morning and are still logged in are fine.
Thanks for reporting this, William. Victoria is running into this problem too.
This is apparently a larger Active Directory problem. I have filed NCI-INC0281061, for what that's worth, but I assume fixing the problem will be driven by forces larger than that ticket.
It seems to be working now. We are able to log in. Thanks!
Super! Thanks, William.
I'm still unable to log in myself, so maybe we're looking at a partial or intermittent solution at the moment.
If you're logged in via XMetaL, don't log back out to test the fix for the problem. If you want to test, do it by logging into https://cdr.cancer.gov with your browser.
If login is still working properly, you can go ahead and close this ticket. I've done the same for the ServiceNow ticket.
Anyone still having problems?
Not that i'm aware of. I think this can be closed.
