I am not able to successfully retrieve PP on QA. I get the attached error. Seems like the same error experienced on PROD last week.
Are you trying to run this for the document Acupuncture
(CDR458088)?
This is not a valid document, so I wouldn't expect that it will give you
any result when trying to run a PP report because the Gatekeeper code is
performing a DTD validation, too.
Yes, but it is happening for every other summary I try. I just tried CDR0000257990 which is a valid document and got the same error message.
Blair fixed the problem on gatekeeper.
