The current interface for creating a new publishing job separates out some of the fields into a second "confirmation" screen. Fold these fields back into the previous screen.
Implemented on DEV. ~volker: you'll want to test this.
I've tested this on DEV with a bunch of different publishing jobs and parameter settings and those jobs all appeared to be working properly despite the loss of one click. :-)
The extra step has been eliminated on PROD.
