There are a few minor changes we'd like to include in the job:
a) Don't fail if output directory exists
In "livemode" the job fails if the output directory already exists. We want to rename the old output directory and continue with the job.

b) Remove the obsolete document types: CTGovProtocol, ActiveProtocol, ClosedProtocol

c) Error Handling
There is no error handling in the copy() method when documents are filtered or copied. We want to ensure we're capturing errors during this process.
