We would like to request a one-time Excel spreadsheet of all of the DIS/DCS with FDA approval links (these are housed in the DrugReference element block with the DrugReferenceType of "FDA").
Please include the following columns in the Excel spreadsheet (from left to right):
-CDR ID (please link the ID to the QC report of the CWD)
-Drug or Combo (this is in the Title element of the DIS/DCS)
-FDA Approval Text (referring to the display text for the link to a page
with info about the FDA approval)
-FDA Approval URL
-Date Published (referring to the date of the first publishable
version)
-Date of LPV (referring to the date of the last publishable version)
Each FDA approval link should be listed on a separate line of the report. We'll be using the report to identify which FDA approval links need updating.
I'll attach a sample of what we expect the report to look like.

Do you have paths for the FDA approval information?
I'm not sure what you mean...the FDA approval info should be in the DrugReference block with a DrugReferenceType of "FDA". The URLs will differ with some pointing to cancer.gov pages, some to fda.gov pages, and others to dailymed.com pages.
I just want to make sure I'm looking in the right part of the document for the values we want.
Would this be right for "FDA Approval Text"?
/DrugInformationSummary/DrugInfoMetaData/ApprovedIndicationNo, it should be something like "FDA Approval for Bevacizumab". This text appears in the DrugReferenceLink element (within the DrugReference block(s) with a DrugReferenceType of "FDA"). This element also has an associated cdr:xref in the attribute inspector; this is the URL that will go in the FDA Approval URL column.

Thanks for the report, Bob. Just noticed that the dates in the "Date Published" and "Date of LPV" seem to match. The "Date Published" should reflect the date that the DIS/DCS was first published.
