A publishing job starts and copies the data to the FTP server. It
uses the data located in the latest directory to be copied.
In the event a hot-fix job is started after the
publishing job started but before the publishing job
finished the directory holding the data to be copied to the FTP server
is not located in the latest directory but the one created before.
This situation is causing the publishing job to fail and should be
fixed.
I've added this ticket to Einstein because the work is already done.

I successfully tested this on QA.
