Some users have reported getting the attached error when running reports in IE on Production. This began yesterday and restarting their sessions did not help.
"Error" usually implies a condition which prevents the request from succeeding. The wording on the dialog box looks more like a warning. Are we really saying that the user can't continue? I need to know exactly what's happening before reporting this to CBIIT.
This is interesting. From the small image I see it looks like you're
able to run the PP report and you're seeing the table of contents for
the summary. Is that correct?
I was just testing this on my account on the PROD bastion host on all
browsers and that does not work. Maybe CBIIT has
changed something after all.

Yes, users are able to see the report

Sorry for terming it as an error. The user can continue to see the report but the warning message keeps coming back. I will have to find out if it recurs on starting a new IE browser session or on clicking to go to another page.
Yes, users are able to see the report
The question for me is not if you can run the report but if you're seeing the table of contents? Did you always see the TOC because users here can't see the complete report.
From the screenshot, it looks like it could be a key point in the background rather than the TOC. I am able to see key point boxes.
That is right. That was not the TOC. We still cannot see the TOC.
I was unable to reproduce the problem (using, for example, https://cdr.cancer.gov/cgi-bin/cdr/PublishPreview.py?Session=guest&DocId=CDR0000256491&ReportType=pp), so I have told CBIIT to coordinate testing directly with you, William, to determine when the problem has been resolved.
I tried the fix suggested by CBIIT but it didn't work as the option was enabled by default and it looked it was controlled by the system administrator.
This problem has been fixed. Enitan contacted me directly to test the fix which appeared to be successful, and no one else has reported seeing the reported message since the problem was fixed.
