The FileSweeper (a.k.a. Hoover) process is submitting notification emails coming from a users account (VE) instead of using a system account (Operator) and we want to correct this.
In addition, the FileSweeper sends a notification when it finishes but it doesn't indicate if the job itself finished successfully or due to a failure.
The emails should also be send to a system's account or - better yet - to a group of users selected from the CDR.
The ticket WEBTEAM-5801 has been filed to modify the email address on DEV.
The FileSweeper is running on all tiers sending emails to the
operator system's account. The job on PROD is currently failing and a
JIRA ticket for that has been submitted to CBIIT.
