Sometimes it becomes necessary to apply the same Revision Level markup (For example "Approved") to all markups within a particular section or paragraph or to multiple sections or paragraphs in order to get a summary ready for publishing. Would it be possible to make changes that will enable us to select a section or multiple sections or a paragraph or multiple paragraphs or a combination of both paragraphs and sections then apply the same revision level markup to all markups within the selection?
I'm wondering if we ought to hold off looking at this until after the issue of an XMetal upgrade is resolved.
I don't believe the upgrade would have any effect on this request, and who knows when the bureaucratic process will have completed the upgrade?
Ready for testing on DEV.
The tool works very well with no major problems. The two minor issues we've noticed are:
1. One of the buttons in the "Apply Revision Level" window is labeled
"published". It should be "publish".
2. When "publish(ed)" is applied, it doesn't change the color of the
text to brown (or is it supposed to be beige? :-)).
Please give it another shot.
It is working now. Thanks! We will be doing additional testing using other summary types before signing off on DEV.
Verified on DEV.
I verified this on DEV, too. Thanks!
I do not see the new option in the context menu on QA.

I have verified this on prod. William, I know you're testing this, too, so I'll let you verify and close if it looks okay to you. Thanks.
