The CTGov download job failed this morning and needs to be investigated. We did not get the email we normally get after the import job is completed.
I believe the problem has been resolved by increasing the timeout.
It looks like the job failed two days in a row. We haven't received any emails in the last two days.
I agree that the job failed again but it appears that the current
problem is different from the original one.
Originally, there was an error message indicating that a query didn't
finish due to a timeout failure. In this case, however, the process is
unable to run a query due to a missing database connection and the CDR
server is crashing. I don't know if the server crashes and that's why
the process can't connect to the database or if the server crashes
because of the missing DB connection.
It ran successfully this morning.
I'm glad to hear that since I didn't do anything except for
submitting a DBATEAM ticket. Maybe CBIIT did something.
Please let me know the next time it fails.
The problem was a network error. A separate ticket has been filed for the webteam.
