We are having connectivity problems in the CDR. Val and Victoria have each reported that they are receiving a "Reconnecting" message every 30 seconds or so.
Are they working remotely?
Ticket https://tracker.nci.nih.gov/browse/WEBTEAM-3135 filed. I have asked CBIIT to communicate directly with the users for further information (I provided their email addresses), since I can't add them as watchers to that ticket.

I understand from CBIIT that this has been resolved.
Val said she's seen the "reconnecting" message twice since lunch (she's been in the CDR the whole time), so it's much better. CBIIT explained it as a server glitch. Victoria hasn't experienced the problem at all this afternoon. If things are going smoothly at the end of the day, I'll close this ticket.
No other problems reported. Closing ticket.
