There are two scripts which use a library which is not in version control. Rather than preserve a dependency on this second library, I am converting the two script to use jQuery. I am fixing some bugs in the process.

Got this done while packing up the release deployment package, when I realized I'd have to deal with a library which wasn't under version control. This has been tested on QA.
William confirmed that both of these reports are working correctly on QA.
