We're unable to import citations from PubMed on PROD. The error message we get is:
"NLM server unavailable; please try again later"
Meanwhile, imports works fine on DEV.
Here are sample IDs that worked on DEV but not PROD:

I am unable to reproduce this behavior. The two citations identified above have been imported as

Today is the third instance I've had (following this past Tuesday and Wednesday) where I got an error message while trying to import citations in the CDR. For the past two days, I tried several times over a period of about 10 to 20 minutes, and eventually I was able to import again.
I filed a ticket with CBIIT:
