The Changes to Summaries report and History of Changes to Summaries report are currently displaying comments in the report output. All comments should be suppressed. I'm attaching an example from the Unusual Cancers of Childhood summary (CDR62872, v. 509), in which an internal comment appears in the Changes to Summaries report.
I've modified the filter CDR315570 (Summary Changes Report) to suppress the display of comment text.
This is ready for review on DEV.
The following filter has been versioned in SVN:
R12049: CDR315570.xml (Summary Changes Report)
The filter needs to be installed using the following command (typed on one line):
.py <username> <password> CDR0000315570.xml
$ updateFilter--docid=315570 --version=Y
--publishable=Y
--comment="R12049 (OCECDR-3648): Remove comment from changes section"
I'm having a hard time testing this since the data is so old on DEV. I need to find a summary that has comments in the changes section but I can't create an example since the report looks for published versions. Do you have any suggestions?
It's OK to enter a test comment and make the summary publishable. Once a publishing job runs it won't go anywhere except to the DEV gatekeeper.
OK, I've verified the History of Changes to Summaries report - comments no longer display.
However, I'm having a hard time getting the Changes to Summaries report to run. I created a publishable version of 62890 today (and on Friday, 9/27, too), but it is not showing up on the report for changes to the genetics summaries when I put in a date range that spans these dates.

It's running, isn't it? :-)
I believe you'll have to modify the DateLastModified for it to be picked
up. The program is comparing the entered date to the range
specified.
Ah ha! That did it. And comments do not display, so I am marking this QA verified. Thank you!
Verified on QA.
