I would like for Becky to have access to the CDR so she can look things up when necessary. Read-only access to everything should be fine. Please let me know what I need to do.
Do you know if she has already a CDR account? She will need to get
access to the PROD bastion host.
I'm guessing she won't need access to the DEV or QA tier, right?
She has asked me for access several times in the past and I keep forgetting to ask, so I don't think she has a CDR account. She will only need access to PROD/bastion host. Who creates an account for her?
I can create the CDR account for her but the access to the bastion host needs to be handled by CBIIT. I have to request access for ICRDB users for the DEV bastion host anyway, so I'll just add her to the list.

I've created the CDR account for Becky and forwarded the login
information to her.
I will still need to request access to the bastion server.
I received confirmation that Becky has now permission to connect to the PROD host. I will need to visit her to set her up to connect.
I've setup Becky to open CDR documents using XMetaL. She is now able to use (read-only) the CDR.
