Victoria receiving the attached error message "XMetaL has stopped working" on Thursday, 7/25 around 6:15pm. She closed the CDR and was able to get back in without a problem. I haven't heard about (or experienced) any other problems since that time, but figured this was worth reporting.
Has this happened recently? If no, perhaps the ticket can be closed, and we can re-open it if the problem pops up again.
Seems to be working now.
