Victoria noticed that one of her summaries prints in a much smaller font than others. The summary that prints in a tiny font is the GI carcinoid tumors treatment patient summary (CDR0000258021). We tried printing it directly from the browser on two different printers (RICOH near the 32/34 conference rooms and RICOH in the hall of file cabinets) and it was tiny in both cases. Another summary that could be used for comparison is the extrahepatic bile duct patient summary (CDR0000258011). The same print settings were selected for both summaries.
Please check out the following for Victoria's summary:
On the browser's print menu please select "page setup" and uncheck the
check box "Enable shrink-to-fit".
Once this check box has been unchecked all summaries should print with
the same font.
If the checkbox isn't checked we're having a bigger problem.
You can check the print preview option to see if the modified settings are working as expected.
