Description

It appears that there was no CTGov download this morning. We did not receive the email from the production server. Meanwhile, we did receive emails from both the Dev. and QA servers. Should I create an issue to turn the downloads off on Dev and QA ?

The download job is no more immune from database connection failures in the CBIIT environment than the publishing jobs. Unless and until we get those failures resolved, we can expect the download job to stop in the middle, as it did Thursday morning. And while the problems continue, it seems like a good idea to leave the jobs running on QC and DEV as an additional means of collecting evidence about which conditions trigger the failures most frequently.
