I will assign all of these topics from Victoria to Sharon Q-K tonight.

My plan is to assign the topics, but not re-assign any citations currently waiting for review. My reasoning is that, the last time we did that, there were a few surprises due, perhaps, to some of the citations having more than one topic assigned.

So, I'll just re-assign the topics now. If it is necessary for me to re-assign any unreviewed citations, let me know and I'll do that.

I have done this on both the test and production databases.

I'm marking it resolved-fixed. Please let me know if anything seems wrong
or if it's necessary to move existing queued summaries from Victoria to
Sharon.

For the record, here's the query that was executed. cips_reviewer_id=20
is Sharon's ID. 6 is Victoria's. The "AND cips_reviewer_id=6" at the
end was a double check to be sure I didn't update the wrong summary
topics, but the query would have been fine without it.
