Victoria noticed that she is not seeing the markup she expects to see when running the Bold/Underline and RLSO QC reports for versions other than the CWD of a summary (by selecting a previous version from the drop-down list on the QC report interface).
Here are a couple CDR documents with approved markup for
testing:
CDR 62707 - version 256 (compare with CWD, which does not have any
approved markup)
CDR 62890 - version 324 (compare with CWD, which does not have any
approved markup)
This issue may have something to do with the changes that were put in place on Bach on Friday, 6/21. I think the resolution of this problem can wait until Monday when Volker gets back. However, I am not sure if it has ramifications for the translators at CIAT. William, do you know if they typically generate QC reports of Final Markup versions or view those versions directly in XMetaL? Depending on their response, we may need to raise the priority.
Thanks.

I think for the most part they translate directly from XMetal but let me confirm with Linda.

Linda did confirm that translation is done directly from XMetal.

Just trying to make sure I understand the problem:
Is Victoria not seeing the markup in an older version when running the
QC report for an older version or is Victoria not seeing the older
version at all and only the CWD is displayed?
I think it is the latter but the description sounds a little like the former.

The changes for the shorter URLs for Word dropped the version when
the QCforWord.py program was called.
This has been fixed on MAHLER and is ready for review.
I've used CDR62902 (version 116 and CWD) for testing.

Verified. It appears to be working correctly on Mahler. Please promote to Bach.
