Please remove the following trials from the duplicate list so that we
can force download the CTGov versions. We tried using the tool on Bach
to do this but it didn't work because they are on the list that Lakshmi
gave you (bottom of the duplicate list).
NCT00052962
NCT00054665
NCT00062933

Only one them (NCT00052962) was imported after doing the force download. The other two failed to import.

Have they used the 'Mark/Remove Protocols as Duplicates' admin interface to back the trials out of the duplicate state?

Yes. It has been used twice now and Yesterday's produced the “already marked for forced download” message.

Hmm. I suspect they have their admin interfaces confused. I just examined the code for the two scripts and only the "Force Download of a Trial" page puts out that message, not the "Mark/Remove Protocols as Duplicates" page. Could you ask them to that interface again?

Could you

You're right. Only the Force Download tool was used because they thought you had already removed it from the duplicate list. Should the Mark/Remove tool be used for the remaining two? Perhaps what is puzzling about this is that the Mark/Remove tool may not have been used for the one that came through.

I removed it from Lakshmi's list, but that doesn't do anything to the ctgov_import table.
> Should the Mark/Remove tool be used for the remaining two?
Yes.

It worked and the trials have been imported. Thank you!
