Please add (register@clinicaltrials.gov) to the "Transfer of Protocol(s) from NCI to Responsible Party - US" email distribution list. A while back we removed it from the list but Kim just informed me that we need to add it back so that NLM would receive the emails. This is for domestic transfers.

I've modified the following script to add the email address to the
distribution list. Since this was a very minor change I went ahead and
copied the change to MAHLER, FRANCK, and BACH:
CheckCTGovTransfer.py - R10277
Please verify on BACH and close this bug.

I am closing this issue as it may be a while before we see another domestic transfer. I will re-open if I see a domestic transfer email that did not include NLM's email.
