This issue relates to OCECDR-3428 (dynamic table and figure numbering).
We would like to get an idea of how many tables and figures we have in the PDQ summaries in order to help us determine the most logical and manageable implementation of the dynamic table & figuring capability once it is ready to be rolled out.
I think the following information would be helpful, if you are able to generate a query to obtain this information:
-Number of tables in each publishable PDQ summary
-Number of media links (figures) in each publishable PDQ summary
-Number of summary fragment refs pointing to tables in each publishable
PDQ summary
-Number of summary fragment refs pointing to media links (figures) in
each publishable PDQ summary
For the last two items, the summary frag ref could point to a table or figure in the same document or in another CDR document. (I'm not sure if the last two will be feasible, but I figured it didn't hurt to ask!)
Please provide the information in an Excel file if possible with the following columns of data (to allow for sorting):
-CDR ID
-Summary Type
-Summary Audience
-Summary Language
-Summary Title
-Number of Tables
-Number of References to Tables
-Number of Figures
-Number of References to Figures
Thank you!

We agreed that we'll use "published" summaries (rather than publishable) for the report.

This looks good, but I'm having trouble totalling the last four columns with a simple summation formula. [for example: =SUM(F2:F598)]

That's really odd. It appears that the sum function doesn't work on these columns. I am guessing the problem may be that the numbers are listed as text instead of numbers but I'm also not able to change the properties for these columns.

That's it. If you re-enter the numbers Excel will convert the cell content to a number and then the sum() function works properly.

We have been playing around with this data, and I think we have everything we need, so I'm closing this issue. Thanks!
