We would like to create a new correspondence mailer to be sent to
Advisory
Board members in order to determine whether they are still interested in
being a member of the Board.
The correspondence mailer will have 2 components: the letter and a 2-page response form. I will attach a sample in a subsequent comment. The body of the letter is in the CDR in a miscellaneous document.
On BACH - CDR 720090
On MAHLER - CDR 696927
The first page of the response form is fairly straightforward. We would like the second page of the response form to be a list of all of the published summaries written and maintained by that Board, from which the member will choose the one(s) he/she would like to review.
We would like to add this to the list of Advisory Board letters on
the PDQ
Board Member Correspondence Mailers interface. The letter should be
named: Advisory Board Still Interested Letter

I have two minor changes for right now:
Could you please delete two rows above "sincerely" on the first page of the letter and increase the margins on the summary topics page(s) to 1 inch?
We need to give a little more thought to the list of summaries on the summary topics page. It includes a lot of TEMP docs that are in progress. In some cases, I think we would want to see those (e.g., a new summary), but in other cases, we would not (e.g., a summary in the process of being reformatted).

We would like to change the requirements for the list of summaries on the last page to include only PUBLISHED summaries maintained by that Board. We will manually add any new summaries in progress to the list.
Please make the same change to the Editorial Board Welcome Letter (which uses the same list). Let me know if you'd prefer that I set up a separate issue for that.

Looks good.

It doesn't look like the margin size has been updated. It has a very narrow top margin.

I'm still seeing unpublished summaries show up on this list. For example:
