During last nights publishing job a new DIS failed publishing because of a new glossary term that existed without a publishable version.
It turned out that the link validation defined for this element only
checks for the existence of a version of the glossary but not for a
publishable version.
We should correct this.

I removed the link validation for the GlossaryLink from the Glossary link type and created a new link type called Drug Glossary Link to require for the target to exist as a publishable version.
Deb has checked this on MAHLER. I will have Alan take a look before making this change in production.

Alan said the changes looked OK so I went ahead and modified the Glossary link type and created the Drug Glossary Link type on FRANCK and MAHLER.
Please verify on BACH and close this bug.

I've talked to Diana and she said there isn't any test case available at this time, so it has been decided to close this issue rather than waiting until a test case becomes available. After all, the validation rule did work correctly on MAHLER.
