It appears that when HP glossary terms are linked in HP Treatment summaries (excluding CAM summaries, I believe), the B/U QC report does not retrieve the GTN with Concept QC Report when you click on the glossary term link. This is unlike Patient summaries where nearly in call cases, the GTN with Concept QC report is retrieved. The GTN with concept QC report contains the definition of the terms and users would want to see the definition in most cases. Please look into this and if possible, modify the QC filters so that the GTN with Concept QC report is retrieved when users click on a glossary term link.

Here are some examples:

CDR0000614165 - Childhood Astrocytomas Treatment.

Look for "conformal radiation therapy"

CDR0000062843 - Childhood Ependymoma Treatment

Look for "3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy"
or look for "stereotactic radiosurgery"

I have no problem making this change but I see in the filter code that there exist two branches handling the GlossaryTermRef elements differently: For the HP summaries display the GTN report for the patient summaries display the GTN + concept report and I am wondering what the reasons for the different behavior may have been.

We should discuss this on Thursday and if everyone agrees it will be easy to make the change.

I believe the last issue when we made changes to the GlossaryTermRef elements was in OCECDR-2695. I don't see any specific instructions in there either way to keep the Glossary QC reports for HP or to change it to the Glossary with Concept report. So, maybe there isn't any specific reason to keep the Glossary QC reports different.

By default the links for the GlossaryTerm QC reports created within the BU reports are created using the program QCReport.py. I have modified the filter to display the QC reports for GlossaryTerms using the GTN with Concept report.

CDR339576 - Module: InLine Markup Formatter

Please note that the GlossaryTerm and the LOERef elements are using the same template. You may want to double-check to ensure the LOERef links are still working as expected.

This is ready for review on MAHLER.

The LOERef links are going to the QC report and not the QC report with Concept. At this point, I think we should leave it as it is since no one has asked for a change. Meanwhile I verified this change on Mahler. Please promote to Bach.
