For the next release of Cancer.gov we want to have the ability to add
related information links for the GlossaryTerms.
Currently, the vendor filters don't include this information in the
vendor output and the DTD incorrectly only allows one value of the three
related information links. The Cancer.gov team needs test data quickly
in order to perform their development and testing.

The schema allows the three elements
A - RelatedExternalRef
B - RelatedSummaryRef
C - RelatedDrugSummaryLink
to appear multiple times and in any order, like A-B-A-C-C-C-B-A-A-B.
Before I make the changes to the DTD I was wondering if the order that
these documents are being entered in should be kept or if the elements
should be sorted, i.e. grouped by ExternalRef, SummaryRef,
DrugSummaryRef (leading to A-A-A-A-B-B-B-C-C-C)?

The DTD has been modified as well as the filters. Some test data
including these new elements has been submitted to Cancer.gov.

All of the changes are in production since Sunday night.
After we've gone through Friday's regular weekly publishing job without problems we should probably be able to close these issues.
