1. We would like to make the fax number and email address elements within the Specific Board Member Contact Information block of the Board Member Information Document OPTIONAL.
2. Please also add a comment in the Person record schema to say that the Board membership information (in the professional details block) is not being maintained.

Changes installed on Mahler. Postal address and phone are still
required.

Verified on Mahler. The email and fax elements are now optional but they are still marked with asterisks. Do we need a CSS issue to remove them? Otherwise, the changes can be promoted to Bach.
