There seems to be a problem with the mailer selection criteria for Gen. Prof documents. I was trying to find out how many professionals qualified to receive annual mailers (as of today):
I selected
-Genetics Professional-Annual update
and checked
Only run pre-mailer check (not available for remailers)
and also
Limit maximum number of mailers generated [20]
The results were 10 GPs Without Email Address in GPMailer Block and 20 GPs Which Would Receive Mailers. I checked the mailer history for the first 8 records and they all have been sent mailers as recently as August 2010 and so I did not expect them to be on the list:
664666 3 Phillips, John;Nashville;Tennessee
664671 4 Barth, Christine;Grand Junction;Colorado
664696 2 Chow, Norma;San Francisco;California
664726 2 Cohen, Melinda;Nashville;Tennessee
664728 3 Allain, Dawn;Columbus;Ohio
664760 2 Freivogel, Mary;Greenwood Village;Colorado
664765 2 Karns, James;Los Alamos;New Mexico
664772 2 Geurts, Jennifer;Milwaukee;Wisconsin
Also, when I check "Only run pre-mailer check (not available for
remailers)" without limiting the number of mailers, I get a total of 520
mailers selected for Annual Update. This number is close to the total
number of Gen. Prof documents in the CDR and they should not all qualify
to receive annual mailers at this time.
Could you look into this?

Seems to be working fine. I am not able to confirm with the annual updates because we have already sent out all the ones that that are due (from the backlog) and we should be on the regular schedule of about a few of them per month. I should be a able to fully confirm this in a week or two. However, I was able to confirm with the initial updates.
I also tried to test the annual remail on both Franck and Bach and got the following error message:
A problem occurred in a Python script.
d:\cdr\Log\tmpry7lpj.html contains the description of this error. d:\python\lib\cgitb.py:173: DeprecationWarning: BaseException.message has been deprecated as of Python 2.6 value = pydoc.html.repr(getattr(evalue, name))
