At one of our CDR status meetings Ravee had expressed the desire for the CDR team to being able and perform Gatekeeper enhancements/modifications such as the addition of the new elements for CTGovProtocols in order to free up Blair from this task.
Bob and I will be spending some time on setting up the environment.

I believe I have everything set up on my VM. The only hurdle I still
have to overcome at this point is to connect to the database from within
a VS application although I'm able to connect using a SQL client.
Continuing to poke around...
