I just realized that we will have some problems with this report since we have CTGOV trials (transferred trials) that need to be included. Can you send me the criteria for this report?

Here's what you gave for the original criteria (pulled from the program's header comment):
Report for Office of Cancer Complementary and Alternative
Medicine (OCCAM).

"The Office of Cancer Complementary and Alternative Medicine needs a report
similar to the special Office of Science Policy report that we generate. The
report, in Excel format will be in the same format as the OSP report for
cancer types. The criteria for selction for this report though is not
eligible diagnoses or condition, but InterventionType. Bob and I discussed
this report yesterday.

Criteria
#
NCI sponsored trials that were active at any point in FY 2005 that have
'complementary and alternative therapy (42022)' as the InterventionType
(either directly or as a parent of an InterventionType term). Could you also
add Phase to the standard Excel report format."
Unfortunately, NLM doesn't give us status history in the CTGovProtocol documents.

Would it be possible to check to see if we transferred ownership of any trials before Oct 1, 2009? We might need to do some searching and I will also need to tell her that in the future we will not be able to run these reports.

I suppose it's possible that we could parse every version created during the year for every CTGovProtocol document. You'd need to determine if it would be possible to get our hands on the data that goes into each of the report columns (or at least the ones they can't live without).

We were definitely transferring ownership of trials before that date.
