On the Board members pages, reviewed packets are not always behaving as they should. Robin and I looked at Test Board Member’s queue on DEV and observed:
Some packets are staying on the Assigned Packets page and not moving to the Completed Packets page even after all the articles have been reviewed (Gastric Cancer). This packet has both FYI articles and files uploaded by a Board member.
Some packets are staying on the Assigned Packets page AND moving to the Completed Packets page after all the articles have been reviewed (Bile Duct). This packet has no FYI articles but it does have files uploaded by a Board member.
Some packets are disappearing from the Assigned Packets page and NOT moving to the Completed Packets page after all of the articles have been reviewed (Pituitary Tumors). This packet has FYI articles and no files uploaded by a Board member. It is not on the Board member’s pages at all but is on the Board manager’s page as a reviewed packet.
Some packets are correctly moving from the Assigned Packets page to the Completed Packets page after all the articles are reviewed (Renal Cell). Renal Cell has no FYIs and no uploaded files.
If possible, please leave these packets as they are so I can investigate.
Fixed on DEV. There were two bugs. One was a misspelling of the machine name for the "FYI" state and the other was a flaw in the query logic for dealing with packets with multiple reviewers.
I have tried every combination of FYI/no FYI and upload/no upload (FYI+upload; FYI+no upload; no FYI+upload; no FYI+ no upload) and all the packets moved from the "Assigned" page to the "Completed" page.
Verified on DEV.
Verified on QA.
I've asked the Board managers to ask selected Board members to report on whether their packets are moving from the Assigned to the Completed pages as their reviews are completed.
Still waiting to hear from a Board member.
Add Pediatric Board member has confirmed that packets are moving correctly, so I'm closing this issue.
