For the admin assistant's role, please add:
1) ability to post documents on summary pages
2) ability to archive documents on summary pages
Board managers have these options, so I'm hoping these functions are easily added to the admin assistant role.
Can that rôle manage the summary pages in general, or do we need to split out these permissions separately?
I think we'd be fine having that role do anything the managers can do on the Summary pages. Unless you think we should split out the permissions...?
No, they're plenty complicated. 😉
This is one change I have made in advance on the CBIIT server, because the change in the code wouldn't take effect until ebms4-dev gets rebuilt, and we don't want to do that while the users are in the middle of testing (and I don't want to forget to do it). And this particular change has no chance of being disruptive to anyone. So this modification is on all the servers.
