Description

From the Full Text Retrieval Queue, the option to filter the queue by review cycle is not working. 

Currently there are 88 citations in the queue on erc. The first 2 I know are from Sept 2022 review cycle. When I select sept 2022 and click filter, I get zero results when I know I should at least see 2.

Issue seen on erc and ebms4.

Fix installed on https://ebms.rksystems.com. Please give it another try.
