We would like to be able to select which related citations are shared with Board members on their packet review page. By default, we would like to continue to display all related citations with the option to suppress this in certain cases.

We would like to add a checkbox to the EDIT ARTICLE RELATIONSHIP page (linked from the Full Citation page - the pencil icon next to each related citation). The checkbox could be labeled "Exclude from Board Member Packet" or something like that. If the checkbox is selected, the related article would NOT be shown on the "Create Packet page" (as a check for us) nor would it be shown on the Board member packet or article review pages. We would like to be able to make this determination for each related citation associated with a given article, and it's fine that this is at the article level and would therefore be applicable to all associated Boards.
