Victoria is going to provide an example of this.
On QA, I added a Board Manager Comment for Colorectal Cancer Screening and it is showing on the Adult Abstract page. It will also show on the Adult Full Text page. I don't think we should see comments for topics that belong to other Boards on our queue pages.
The comment does NOT show on the CREATE PACKET page for Adult or in the Adult Board member's packet, or on the FULL CITATION page under Adult, so all of those places are fine.
I am going to edit the title of this issue because the comment is actually showing at the topic level.

I don't think we should see comments for topics that belong to other Boards on our queue pages.
It's not clear that this is a bug, looking at the original requirements/ticket (https://tracker.nci.nih.gov/browse/OCEEBMS-358). Early in that ticket, I asked
The description of the issue implies that topics are ignored for the comment display, right?
Subsequent comments indicated that the queue pages display correctly, and it's the "full citation page" on which the comments were to be displayed in a topic-specific area of the page. Note that all boards linked to an article (via a topic assignment) are listed on the queue page.
As discussed at yesterday's CDR/EBMS Status Meeting, we'd like to display all Board Manager Comments on the queue page (as done currently) and have the topic display with the Board Manager Comment. Could we add it in parens on the same line that the words "BOARD MANAGER COMMENT" are displayed? (See example below.)
