This issue is closely related to OCEEBMS-381, [Literature] Display Related Citations and Board Manager Comments on Packet Pages. This issue includes a document mocking up what we expect this to look like.
We would like to display related citations and Board manager comments (see OCEEBMS-375) on the following additional pages:
Board Manager Review Citations Page (Abstract, Full-Text, and On-Hold Queue pages)
We would like to display related citations (no Board manager comments) on the following additional page:
Admin Assistant Full-Text Retrieval Page

On the Review Citations and Full-Text Retrieval Pages:
1. For articles containing related citations, please add the
following information in brackets on the line beneath the PMID for the
citation: "RELATED CITATION: First author last name_journal
abbreviation_year_PMID ########" where the PMID ## includes a link to
PubMed. Please replace "_" with a single blank space.
2. If more than one related citation exists for a single article, please
add another "[RELATED CITATION...]" element or as many as are needed on
the same line.
On the Review Citations pages:
3. If an article contains a Board Manager comment for Board members, please skip a line beneath the PMID or RELATED CITATION information (whichever is last) and add the following information beneath the applicable article. "BOARD MANAGER COMMENT: comment contents." Please skip another line beneath the comment and before the VIEW ABSTRACT and DOWNLOAD FULL TEXT links.
Do in conjunction with OCEEBMS-381.
The description of the issue implies that topics are ignored for the comment display, right?
Implemented on DEV. Ready for review.
Can you please display the Board Manager comment field name and comment in EBMS (darker) red as we ended up doing on the other pages that display the Board manager comment (e.g., the packet pages)? Thanks.
Please also place the field name "BOARD MANAGER COMMENT" on a separate line from the comment itself (also for consistency with other pages displaying the comment). I'll post a screenshot from the Reviewed Packets page.

Bob, would it be possible to place the Related Citation and Board Manager Comment info after the EBMS ID, rather than the PMID? We had added it after the PMID on the Board member pages since they don't see the EBMS ID, but it looks a little odd on the Board manager pages to see the EBMS ID hanging out on its own. Thanks.
What about legacy IDs? Should they be before or after the new information for this ticket?

OK, take a look on DEV.
Still testing the latest fix on the queue pages, but the Related Citations and Board manager comments are showing up where they shouldn't be near the top of the Full Citation page. I added screenshots comparing the display on PROD and DEV (QA looks like DEV in both cases). Basically, the Related citation information in brackets beneath the EBMS ID (in the screenshot) shouldn't be there, since there's a separate section for the related citation information below that. The Board manager comments should only appear under the associated topic - not at the top of the page for the citation.
The placement looks good on the queue pages on DEV.
OK, I think I've got it working correctly on DEV. One thing I noticed was that the comments and related articles weren't showing up in the queue if the "ABSTRACT" format option was selected (instead of "BRIEF"). I've fixed that, too. Have I mentioned that the citations.inc page is very complicated? Please review all of this VERY carefully! :-)
