After Sridhar and I tested this for a while we thought it might be a useful enhancement to have a way to print everything for a board or for a board member regardless of the history of what has already been printed.

To do that, I could have a user fill in the "start date" and "end date" on the print job request form, plus a board ID or board member ID, and check a box that means "Ignore the history, just print all packets for this board or this board member created during this date range, regardless of whether they've been printed before.

I don't think this is hard to implement but, if we decide to do it, I'll add it when I've done other scheduled tasks.
