We're unable to get any article coversheets/response sheets to print on DEV. They aren't displaying on the PrintPacket report and they aren't being created as part of the .tar file.
With this problem, we are unable to test OCEEBMS-442 and OCEEBMS-444.
Looking in the database, it doesn't appear that you specified a board member, which means there's no one to print response sheets for, right?
Yes, that was it! Sorry. We just ran it with a Board member selected and it worked.
