Description

The Refresh Journal List function is not working on DEV, QA, or Stage. I'm getting an error message that states that the database is "Unable to retrieve journals from NLM". I have not tried PROD, because I wasn't sure if this could disrupt any other work.

I just did the journal refresh on all four tiers, without any problems. I suspect NLM's servers were experiencing difficulties earlier.
