While importing citations for April review cycle, I noticed that for
Adult Acute Myeloid Leukemia and Adult CNS Tumors, all the citations
were not imported. For Adult AML, out of 68 citations only 8 were
imported and 60 were with error. Similarly for Adult CNS Tumors, out of
144 citations, only 84 were added and 60 were with error. By looking at
the citations, I am not able to find anything different than usual
PubMed citations. I wonder if any change to PubMed has caused this
error.
I am attaching text files for both the topics.
I'm investigating. According to the code, this would happen only if:
// Two users may have both set a new topic with one having
// an open screen while the other submitted his change.
// First one in wins. Discard the new one.
// But log it just to see if it happens.
Not sure how this would make sense, but I'm working on it.
Have there been any subsequent failures since Friday?
I did not try to import any batch file after reporting the problem. I
was waiting to hear if there is any progress about the error.
Now I tried importing 5 files and they imported correctly. I was also
able to import the 2 problem files without any error this time.
I will continue to import and let you know if the problem occurs.
Thanks.
Minaxi, have there been any issues since early April? If not, I think we can close this issue for the time being and reopen if it crops up again.
No, I have not encountered any issue so far. So we can close the issue.
