This idea needs more discussion, but our Board members have expressed interest in having a streamlined review page for reviewing literature surveillance articles. Maybe something similar to the Board manager/Medical Librarian queues.
Here's what we are envisioning so far. I will continue to refine this.
We would like a queue page similar to the Board manager queue page that would allow Board members to review articles from several packets at once.
The Board members should only have an abstract view.
There should be options at the top of the page to filter the results by summary topic and by the date assigned.
The articles should be listed alphabetically by journal, then by last name if there are multiple articles in the same journal.
If the Board members selects the "no changes" option, they currently receive a list of possible exclusion reasons. Could this be presented in a pop-up box?
I'm adding a document that shows our thought process thus far. We're interested in getting a rough story point estimate so we can determine whether this is feasible for this release before we continue to refine the requirements.
We have decided not to implement this. Closing issue.
