We would like to add a new TAG "Core Journals Search" to be used when we import core journals search citations. We would also like to have a placement level "Passed Medical Librarian's Review" associated with it.
Enhancement implemented on DEV.
I tested the new tag. The placement level does not indicate "Passed
Medical Librarian's Review", but when I checked the imported record, it
showed the status of "Passed Medical Librarian's Review". It would be
nice to have it in the pull down list of placement levels on import
page.
It would be nice if the citation is published simultaneously. It would
save us extra step of publishing each citation upon import.

The development phase for this iteration is complete. Please file a new JIRA ticket for the changed requirements.
I have tested the new tag in QA and it works fine.
I've also verified this on QA.
