Bonnie just reported that only the summaries are printing and that articles and cover sheets are not printing when she runs an EBMS print job. She said she is ultimately getting a timeout message in her command window.
Is Bonnie still experiencing this problem? If so, should it really be so far down the backlog list? If not, can we close the ticket?
